Provided project management to review, research and manage proposals addressing food insecurity as part of the Community Development Block Grants. The funds were made possible by Department of Housing and Community Development for the state of Massachusetts as part of the CARES Act.
Managed grant reporting for over 300 grants addressing details of impact of investment and fiscal compliance. Utilizing FLUXX Grants Management System addressed communicating with internal teams and their grantees. Aligned operating processes to secure and fortify Foundation principals. Provided training support for external applicants, internal staff and troubleshooting user challenges.
Participating in a large-scale change management initiative involving the Foundation\\'s grant management and response infrastructure. This substantial effort will continue, and deepen, their mission to advance creative and catalytic solutions to climate change and inequality.
Provided project management services, performed needs assessment to initiate transitioning to a potential new grants management system. Through survey and evaluation of staff requested requirements, the discovery led to identifying potential vendors. The tree vendors who matched the tailored requirements to the product capabilities were sent led a Requests for Proposal. The tailored responses that best match the needs of JROF will drive the decision to identify a new system for data migration and implementation.
